The view of the lake and mountains from my room was absolutely magnificent. The breakfast in the Grand Restaurant was a sumptuous feast with a wide selection of fresh fruit, cereals, and traditional items. The access to the heated outdoor and indoor pools, saunas, and jacuzzi in the Kulm Spa was one-of-a-kind. The staff, including the Maître D' Enzo and the Spa Manager Daria, were exceptional in their service and attention to detail.
